HVAC Maintenance Techs Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills HVAC experience and EPA certification All facets of apartment repair and maintenance Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Carpenters Interior and exterior remodeling Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation Sheetrock repair and finishing Kitchen and bath remodeling Basic electrical and plumbing Make-Ready Technicians Basic drywall, plumbing, electrical Carpentry Make Ready Skills Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance Porter Must be able to lift 50lbs Must have Whatever it takes mentality Willing to do any kind of clean up work Experience operating a blower and pressure washer, preferred Basic maintenance and repair knowledge We believe that our people are our most important asset and we invest in them accordingly!
