Responsibilities:
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications Exterior structural maintenance as needed Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone 1 week every 4 weeks Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

years' experience in maintenance 1
years in multi-family housing preferred Dry walling including painting and carpentry Troubleshooting, repairing and installing common appliances (gas and electric) Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures CPO preferred but not required HVAC certification preferred but not required EPA certification strongly preferred but not required A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED for all maintenance staff Great Compensation and

Compensation is $18.
