DescriptionMonarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a superstar Leasing/ Sales Consultant to join the Town & Country Apartments team! Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
oGreets, assists, and leases apartmentsoTours the property and apartments with future residentsoAccepts and completes required application information from the prospective residentsoCreates all lease documentsoResponsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreachoHelps Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations programWork Schedule:
oWill be required to work Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm (2 per month)oMust be able to work a 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
oMinimum of 6 months experience Leasing in multifamily housing strongly preferred or 2 years experience in a customer service rolloMust have good computer skills and be able to navigate softwareoHave good verbal and written communicationoBe able to provide great customer service to our residentsBenefits for Full Time Employees:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
