Essential Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Greets, assists, and leases apartments Tours the property and apartments with future residents Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents Creates all lease documents Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach Helps Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Work Schedule:
Will be required to work Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm (2 per month) Must be able to work a 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 6 months experience Leasing in multifamily housing strongly preferred or 2 years experience in a customer service roll Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software Have good verbal and written communication Be able to provide great customer service to our residents Benefits for Full Time Employees:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
