Administrative Assistant Job Duties Include:
Answer inbound email Answer and direct phone calls Great and direct customers to appropriate salesperson or point of contact Data entry Prepare quotes, bid letters, and offers Ordering Office Supplies Managing company files Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Supporting Special Projects Administrative Assistant Job Knowledge & Skills Highly proficient in A/R & A/P Develop and modify internal procedures to maintain and improve productivity Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, Manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to effectively communicate with the team Attention to detail, proactive, always striving to produce the best quality work Service-oriented and customer-focused (internal and external) Ability to maintain confidences, respect for privacy and sensitivity Administrative Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) 3
years prior Administrative Assistant Experience Highly proficient in A/R & A/P 2
years QuickBooks experience Ability to type 50 wpm Ability to multi-task Ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Acumatica software following training Bi-Lingual Spanish / English Preferred Salary $17.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
