FOUNDATION has an immediate opening for a Visiting Project Manager Administrator Advance Illinois is a project to broadly review and improve the advancement technology infrastructure in order to enhance fundraising and engagement for and on behalf of the University of Illinois. This project requires additional staff and the University of Illinois Foundation is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Visiting Project Manager/Administrator. This position will provide administrative support of project management framework, processes, and tools using MS Project. Responsibilities will include collating status reporting across multiple programs and business functions, tracking and communicating project status and metrics to leadership and project stakeholders, updating SharePoint and running reports. Assists with project management disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced, high tech environment. Provides assistance to maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support Project Office. Maintains processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete. Tracks and reports on project performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive and prioritized view of all project tasks, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies. Bachelor's degree in business or management information systems or other related area is required. An understanding of MS Project and SharePoint (2010 or 2013) and strong MS Office experience is required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
