EDUCATION: 4-year degree required; engineering or relevant technical disciplines preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

years of technical experience in a food or processing manufacturing environment;
Experience leading complex, multi-disciplined projects simultaneously;
Knowledge and expertise in packaging and processing equipment, maintenance systems, equipment installations and start-up procedures for plant, facility, and utility equipment;
Experience working directly with third-party vendors, contractors and engineers;
Leadership and Project Management skills;
Leadership and proficiency in commercializing projects;
Considered a site expert;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
